[&#8230;]<\/li>\n<li>An effective leader is not someone who is loved or admired. he or she is someone whose followers do the right things. Popularity ist not leadership. Results are.<\/li>\n<li>Managers are very visible. As such they set examples.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership does not necessarily mean position, priviledge, title or wealth.
