Knowledge is long recognized as the fourth productive factor. How do we use this to our advantage? Knowledge, when specifically targeted and supported in the organization becomes a cornerstone for clearly defined competitive advantages. Customer satisfaction levels increase.
Relevant knowledge must initially be acquired before being effectively distributed and made available throughout the organization. When everybody knows what has to be done and how it can best be done we have generated an advantage that can be used in every competitive market.
This has led to our development of “4-D Learning”, a further education program conducted in the organization for the organization. The program has relevant theoretical themes which are presented in realistic operational terms and practiced in teamwork.
