Networked – solution oriented approach
Every, yes every, position in the organization engages and networks with other positions. New knowledge is communicated to as many organizational positions as possible through mutual cooperation! This is as important for the individual employee as the entire organization.
Networked communication requires networked learning. Our program supports management in the definitions of “what”, “where” and “who”.
